Description[]
NPCs (Non-Player Characters) are A.I. controlled creatures that are either neutral (will only attack the player if instigated) or passive (cannot attack the player nor be attacked by the player). Most dwell inside Civilizations and some can be recruited as well.

Civilization Dwellers[]
Description[]
Civilization Dwellers are always found in their respective Civilization. They sell different items or pickups and will sometimes allow you to recruit their Civilization's Crew NPCs. If they are attacked or their goods stolen, they will retaliate and even invade the Submarine to ambush the crew. Additionally, interacting with them by pressing "E" will make them talk with the player using their native language, which can be translated by the Translation Book.

Doctors[]
Description[]
Doctors are always found in their respective Civilization. Interacting with them by pressing "E" will make them fully heal the player and cure any afflictions, and they will talk with the player using their native language, which can be translated by the Translation Book. If they are attacked or their goods stolen, they will retaliate and even invade the Submarine to ambush the crew.

Crew NPCs[]
Description[]
Crew NPCs will aid the players in doing submarine duties. By pressing the middle mouse button, you can command bots to do specific tasks.
