The Mechanical Shark is a common enemy found in the Mechanical Abyss.
Description[]
The Mechanical Shark is a shark that has been transformed into a biomechanical creature. Although it has mantained a similar (albeit skeletal) body structure, its head has been completely modified, forming an anchor-like, jagged structure with two identical jaws, as well as eight bright red eyes arranged symmetrically on the sides of its head. Additionally, it has lost most of its fins, mantaining only its caudal fin, which has been modified into a shape similar to that of its head.
Behavior[]
The Mechanical Shark is of average speed, and is surprisingly intelligent. Its behavior is similar to that of the normal Shark and consists of swimming back and forth before spotting prey, where it then swims towards its target and snaps its jaws when close. However, it slows down when it reaches the Submarine, preventing it from overshooting it and making it much more dangerous than its normal counterparts. Thankfully, however, the Mechanical Shark is quite frail, and can usually be killed before it deals heavy damage to the vessel.
