The Dunkleosteus is an uncommon enemy found in the Ancient Abyss.
Description[]
The Dunkleosteus is a arthrodire placoderm fish characterized by its large, bony plates which covered most of its enormous body. Although presumably extinct, they survived in the depths of The Living Infinite and are perhaps some of the most dangerous enemies found below, due to their incredibly high health.
Behavior[]
Once it spots the submarine, it will slowly swim towards it and repeatedly bite it. It is currently the second largest non-boss enemy in the game, losing only to the Megalodon. It behaves similarly to the Anglerfish. Although very slow and having a relatively slow DPS, this fish has a gigantic health pool, and can be quite a danger if the submarine is trapped.
