The Butcher Knife is a weapon, it does more damage than the Wrench and can cause Enemy corpses you hit to drop meat chunks. These meat chunks can be picked up and heal for 1 health point. The Butcher Knife does moderate damage per hit.
Comparison[ | ]
The Butcher Knife deals mediocre damage for a weapon, and won't be able to kill enemies as quickly as Items such as the Sword. However, it is capable of turning enemies into edible chunks of meat, which can be eaten to restore 1 point of health for each piece, allowing the wielder to heal himself and their crewmates after killing creatures.
